UX Research to build software for over 5000 Tax Professionals. My UX team conducted the foundational research for the new Tax Software we are developing in the following years. This research impacts over 900 locations across Canada and internationally.

A case study of using the UX design process to bring forward a user-friendly solution. In this project, I worked closely with tax analysts, product owners, and developers.
